Cherry Gray Williamson is a seasoned technology and accounting
professional, and has been working with financial software in various
capacities since 1982.  Cherry is a principal owner and the Director of
Sales for Emerald Technology Consulting, LLC, an Atlanta based firm that
offers technology software and support to businesses.  Cherry believes
in taking a consultative approach to assisting businesses in their
software selection, so that the highest levels of customer satisfaction
may be achieved. Emerald TC sells and supports Microsoft Great Plains
Business Solutions, Best Software products including Platinum for
Windows and MAS 500, Epicor, and SalesLogix.

Prior to starting Emerald TC, Cherry was President of First Edge
Atlanta, a company that also provided business management and financial
technology to companies in the Southeast, and a Managing Partner for
First Edge Sornson, LLC after a merger.  Under Cherry's sales
management, the companies received numerous sales awards over an
eight-year period.  Cherry has worked with numerous business management
products, including Real World, Open Systems, Solomon, Macola, MCBA,
Cyma, Platinum for Windows, e by Epicor, MAS 500, and
Great Plains Dynamics and eEnterprise.  Cherry previously served on the
Partner council of Platinum/Epicor Software out of Irvine, California.
She was a finalist for the 1999 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year
Award for the Southeast in the Financial Services category, has been
involved in panel discussions for the Georgia Society of CPAs, and
received the President's Club award in 1991 at Inacomp for superior
software sales.  Cherry holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the
University of Alabama, and enjoys tennis and horseback riding in her
free time.
