Jeff entered the accounting software industry in 1997 when he took a position as an ERP implementation consultant, coming from a manufacturing company where he was in senior management and had just helped successfully implemented a manufacturing ERP system. He has worked with American Software, InMass, Exact Macola ES, Microsoft Dynamics, and BusinessVision 32. Jeff says that he takes pride in watching his client’s business grow and knowing that the software solution he implemented provides the infrastructure to help facilitate the growth.

According to Jeff, his company works with Exact/Macola ES because it is an extremely functional product that fits the firm's professional expertise.  It is easy to implement, is intuitive and provides a good value to prospective buyers.  It is easily customizable and uses the latest database technologies.

Jeff's favorite war story involves one of his best and oldest clients, who did not buy the product from him originally.  Unfortunately, at that time they had experienced a horrible implementation.  The interviewing process to earn their business was brutal as they were very gun shy, angry and suspicious.  In the end, we challenged them to let us try to help them.  Within a short period of time, we were able to turn the situation around and they have become one of our most valued clients and biggest success stories.

Jeff's favorite aspects of Macola ES are the product's scalability, rich features, and its wide range of functional capabilities using the latest database technologies.  It is easily customizable and offers of the best overall values in the mid market.

In his spare time, Jeff likes to read, hike, fish and watch college football, and he is an avid current events junkie - to that Jeff says "thank goodness for the internet!"

According to jeff, the most common mistake a customer makes when selecting and implementing an accounting software system is buying on Price and relying on misinformation provided by competitors during the sales process to help them make their decision. 

Among Jeff's accomplishments, he is the director of his firm's Exact/Macola  relationship. He states " I was deeply honored for our recognition as Presidents council the past two years and being named Marketing Partner of the year.  I’ve not achieved my true 15 minutes yet!"

Jeff worked in the private sector in manufacturing and has extensive experience in product management, materials management and shop supervision.  He has helped implement several ERP installations before becoming involved as an Exact/Macola reseller.  

Jeff has led the Exact/Macola sales efforts for iPro since 1997.  Since that time, iPro has been recognized as a leader among it’s peers in the Southeast.  In 2002, iPro was recognized as a member of Exact/Macola’s prestigious President’s Council.  This is the second year in a row iPro has been awarded this honor.  In 2001, iPro was also named Marketing Partner of the Year.

What are the things that best describe iPro’s commitment to our clients?  Our commitment goes beyond taking orders.  We genuinely care about our clients and are looking at new ways to help them.  We are constantly maintaining the highest certifications available at Exact/Macola.  We research new technologies, looking for fits for our clients needs.  We are in a service business and take it seriously.  We are stick to our goal of having every site be a reference site.
