The advantages that Carla spoke of included ease of use.  The product uses a point and click style that can be used with a touch screen as well.  The keyboard can, of course, be used for data entry.  The system was designed to cut down on training time for businesses with higher turn-over rates, such as retail market.

ePOS uses a comprehensive POS reporting system that integrates through order entry.   ePos offers complete scalability:  2 workstations to 50 workstations can be included.  In order to implement ePOS, you must have Order Entry and Accounts Payable on your system.

Some other mentionable points that Carla pointed out were:

• Reporting is done using Crystal Reports.
• Employs Multi-Till functionality so that more than one cashier can be accountable for the same drawer.
• Can handle multiple currency conversions and change calculations.
• Bar Code configurations used with import and grouping functionality which lists out individual items.
• Upcoming compatibility with Pro Series and Simply Accounting.
• Has server setup feature for optimal configuration with ePOS.
• Order numbers are global variables.
• Option to turn invoicing off to make sales even when the inventory account is incorrect.  So that sales are never missed.
• Search engine lists items in alphabetic order for easy finds.
• Option to search for live mode data per customer.
• Option to search for live mode data  for item on hand or at other physical locations.
