Macola ES's Underlying Technology

Programming Language - Macola ES is developed in Cobol.  Exact indicates that C++ is also used.  In addition, Exact provides the Progression Flexibility Suite which is a combination of Microsoft's Visual Basic® for Applications (VBA) for Progression, EnterpriseReporting System 5.0 (ERS), and the Progression Developer.

Source Code - Not available for sale. 

Testing - I do not yet have details of Macola ES's testing procedures.
