SouthWare Conference 2003 Agenda

Three Day Event and Activity Agenda

 

The 2003 Dealer Conference was held in Opelika, Alabama at the Lodge and Conference Center at Grand National on March 13 -15 of 2003.  The theme was “Making Excellence Easier”.  Training and support issues were addressed, and private sessions with the SouthWare management were offered.  Many events were scheduled.  I have highlighted the events that emphasized the greatest changes in SouthWare’s technology.

 

Preconference

  1. Training Sessions - The conference began on March 13, 2003 with a training session conducted by Paul DiMidica.  Featured topic included a SouthWare Sales Training Workshop. 
  2. Demonstrations - Another featured event demonstrated how to solve common support issues using SouthWare Technology and was presented by Bonnie Streeter and Southware’s Support Team.

 

Conference

  1. Trends in Accounting Software - conducted by J. Carlton Collins, CPA
  2. Being A Successful Reseller - conducted by J. Carlton Collins, CPA
  3. Preview of Revision 9, Making Excellence Easier - conducted by Tim Sanders, Executive Vice President
  4. Installing and Personalizing TaskWise - conducted by Charlotte Wasmer, Custom Financial Solution & SouthWare Personnel
  5. Revision 9, Making Excellence Easier - conducted by Tim Sanders, Executive Vice President.
  6. Reseller Council Election Results and Announcements – Selling Tips from Successful Resellers and Major Business Issues Facing SouthWare Dealers
  7. Product - Timely Support Topics - conducted by SouthWare Support.
  8. Sales – Drafting Proposals and Contracts - conducted by Rob Elliott from Flexware.

·        Major topics included Intranet Metlink – pricing announced led by James Clemens, putting sales workshop principles into action – led by Rick Hulsey, and a preview of SouthWare’s new selling and demo CD – conducted by Rick Hulsey.
