Tim Sanders on Revision 9 – New Help System

 

SouthWare’s help system has been poor in the past.   SouthWare has addressed these support issues and has implemented provisions to assist customers when they need it.  Some of the new capabilities of the new help system are:

·        Help topics are displayed according to the context of the program being accessed.

·        Table of contents to locate desired topics.

·        HTML display.

·        Subjects divided into logical categories.

·        Search option.

·        Integrated ExcelAssist

·        Cross-platform compatibility.
