SouthWare NetLink provides browser-based network access to data files. It can be used for Internet, intranet, and extranet applications.

SouthWare NetLink is used to process any type of request for data in the SouthWare Excellence Series. This would include:

SouthWare NetLink is used to receive information from a browser page. Since NetLink uses ImportMate II technology to update your files, any information received from a browser page is automatically validated so that bad data is not inadvertently introduced to the host system.

Netlink allows customers to submit orders, check account balances, check status of orders, submit service requests, review product history, report changes of address, request product literature, and many similar functions in a “self-serve” environment.

Provides publishing capabilities to authorized users and receives data that is validated to ensure accurate updating of files. Features are customizable for various business needs.  NetLink is also tightly integrated with the SouthWare Excellence Series, which allows for high-volume processing.

Netlink offers Intranet-Only and Internet based licensing options.  The Intranet-Only version is supplied at a lower price for internal groups of users who require the mobility of handheld devices.
